It is the mission of the City of Benton to provide services and protection
for the citizens, resources and property of the City of Benton in an
effective and efficient manner through comprehensive planning, "open door"
communications and quality operations. The City of Benton strives to
provide jobs and career opportunities to our employees while promoting a
safe cooperative work environment and supporting the values of individual
respect and courtesy for all employees and customers.
