residential construction. This is a task that is completed daily in our
department.
Wire is being pulled from the south side of I-30 to the north side.
Above is the tension pulling machine tensioning the lines being connected to
poles on the north side of I-30.

Oftentimes, poles have to be dug manually because of existing utilities
already underground. This is one time when mechanized equipment can not be
utilized.
