Utilities Human Resources Department
Human resources management comprises several processes. We strive to
provide services that improve the development and productivity of a
committed and valued workforce through employee related activities which
include: Workforce planning, employee recruitment, orientation, training
and development, personnel administration, compensation and payroll,
benefits administration, and performance evaluations. There are
approximately 90 full-time employees working individually and collectively
to achieve the objectives of the Benton Utilities while providing the best
services available.

The manager of this division is Kathy
Kirk, and her assistant is Jennifer Perry. They work together and with
the Benton Utilities General Manager to accomplish the goals of this
division.
